Having worked in the industry for 20 years, this is my first time to participate the event. As a startup carrier, one of the challenges is the availability of critical parts during AOG. Given with the limited resources facing by most carriers, even by just keeping the recommended minimum spares is a challenge. We found this dating event in Hong Kong very useful especially for startup carrier like Greater Bay Airlines where it provided a platform for immediate access to available inventory and strengthening connectivity between carriers. The 1:1 Break Out session is very efficient and fun as it guaranteed all participants to connect and talk to each other under a fun and relax atmosphere.
